Elevated Construction is a family-owned, design-build custom home builder in Cedar City. We design it, build it, and stand behind it, all under one roof. Here is how we work and the people who make it happen.
As a design-build custom home builder in Cedar City, we keep design and construction under one roof. One team draws your plans, prices the build, and breaks ground, so there is no finger-pointing between architect and contractor, no surprise costs, and no gaps in communication. From first sketch to final walkthrough, you work with the same people across Southern Utah.
Custom home building in Cedar CityWe start with how you live. Our in-house design work turns your ideas, lot, and budget into detailed, buildable plans, collaborating with architects and engineers so every decision is made before we break ground.
A dedicated superintendent runs your site day to day, coordinating trades and holding the standard. You always know where your home stands, with clear communication and craftsmanship at every stage.
Finishes, fixtures, and the details that make it yours. We sweat the small things that separate a house from a home, then stand behind the build long after you have the keys.
Every home we build has this team behind it. You'll hear from all of us.
